I Am Sick

Back To It
I hadn’t worked out since Friday, so it felt great when I finally made it back to the gym today. I did 20 minutes on the stair master and 20 minutes on the treadmill. It was the perfect way to start the week off. I’m really hoping to workout everyday til Saturday and use Sunday as my rest day.
