Food Entry, Feb 16th
Breakfast —> Veggie eggs scrambled, oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins, and Lipton tea with honey and lemon.
Lunch —> Fajita grilled chicken breast sandwich with bbq sauce, and red velvet cup cake (I had two, but shhh, don’t tell anyone).
Dinner —> Okay, at first I was gonna eat the shrimp pasta and garlic bread, but it was so greasy and I felt extremely guilty for eating it right after a workout. So of course I dumped a bunch of ketchup and salt on it to keep from finishing it. Then I made a spinach salad with ranch and threw a little pasta and salsa in there. And right before I left, I had a small bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios and a banana.
I’d like to say that I ate pretty well today (minus the extra cupcake). I even passed up Korean BBQ to make sure I stayed on track.
