Back To It

I hadn’t worked out since Friday, so it felt great when I finally made it back to the gym today. I did 20 minutes on the stair master and 20 minutes on the treadmill. It was the perfect way to start the week off. I’m really hoping to workout everyday til Saturday and use Sunday as my rest day. To make it easier and fun, I’ll probably go to a fitness class everyday. 

Isn’t it ironic how not working out can feel good, and how working out feels good too? Although sometimes I don’t really feel that good when I don’t workout because I’m usually guilting myself the whole time. 

Anyways, did anyone else have a good workout?
