Food Entry, Feb 20th
No breakfast. It’s a holiday. Oh well.
Lunch —> Veggie eggs, scrambled, and oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar.
Dinner —> I had a feast for dinner!! I had a spinah salad, roasted veggies, a grilled chicken breast, a small bowl of shrimp pasta, an orange, and jello! Since I burned so many calories during my workout, and I hadn’t eaten breakfast, I had room to spare!
Snacks —> The last picture is what I’ll be eating while I’m studying. Don’t worry, they all fit in my calorie count!!
