This is what plyometrics does to you! It makes you SWEAT!!
I definitely had a great workout tonight. I even worked out with my boyfriend which made it even better! We worked on EVERYTHING. We did planks, squats, burpees, bear crawls, lunges, push-ups, jumping jacks, and other stuff that I don’t know the names of lol. My arms are still shaky. It certainly felt good working out again since I’ve been in my bed sick for the past three days! Now I can’t wait to workout tomorrow.
