Light Bulb
I just finished logging my food for the day into myfitnesspal, and I realized I need to eat better. That PB & J doesn’t look so bad in the picture, but trust me, the calorie count isn’t worth it. And I can’t keep eating a piece of cake, or ice cream, or a red velvet cupcake every other day. I need to stick to the soups, salads, and other low-calorie foods. I need to go to the store as well to buy healthy snacks for my room, so that when I feel like munching, I don’t go to the vending machines.
I can make this happen. I can lose the weight. I just have to be more dedicated. I have to have more self-control. I need to make a conscious effort EVERYDAY.
Tomorrow I’m going to Trader Joe’s!
