One of my favorite gym fits! Orange top, bike shorts, high socks, and my Nikes!

Had a good workout: 20 mins on the treadmill (at 5.5 btw) and 30 day shred.

I don’t really see any changes, but I figure keeping updated pictures is good. When another three months goes by, hopefully I’ll look slimmer. (I know these are embarrassing. But that’s what all the hard work is for!)

Left side is before in November. Right side is during in January. Two months of a new lifestyle and these are some weird results. Lol. I’m sure they’ll be better after the next two months. 

The middle picture is of a new piece of clothing I’m adding. As you can see, I can barely button it up AND the arms are pretty darn tight. Let’s see if it gets looser over time :)

Here are the embarrassing pictures I’ve been posting about. I finally gained the courage to post them. They are quite disheartening I’ll add. 

But in a few months, I’ll throw that bikini top and bottom on again, and I will no longer be embarrassed. If anything, I’ll be proud.

BigFatShoe Challenge

I’ve decided to do the two month challenge! Below you’ll see I’m wearing a red shirt and a black and white dress. I want these two pieces of clothing to fit me WELL. So as I track my progress for the next two months, I vow to not put these on again. After two months, I’ll take more pictures, and hopefully there will be a difference!

Ok these pictures are pretty embarrassing, but they’re the truth. I’m trying to keep track of my progress in all of the ways I can. I will take more pictures at the end of the month. Hopefully there will be noticeable differences by then. 

Also, don’t pay attention to the random balloon in the background.
